Grace Homes provides the support that retirees and their families require, including Medication Monitoring services, which we are more than happy to offer.
Nutritional and Dietary Needs
Many of our community members at Grace Homes require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Facility provides complimentary and customizable Nutritional and Dietary services for all our residents. By catering to the personal needs of each resident, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Grace Homes.
Activities & Exercise Program
Throughout the year, we provide our residents the opportunity to go on various trips and participate in activities to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at Grace Homes. It’s just one of the things that sets our Home apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services. Grace Homes feels it is extremely important in the aging process to keep their body and minds active. Residents will enjoy the walking track in the backyard and daily exercise activities.
24 hour staffing
We are committed to providing the best care in the industry along with all of the comforts of a home. With a resident to caregiver ratio of 3-1, we are sure we can do that. Your loved one will receive the attention, compassion, assistance, and support they deserve.
Laundry & Housekeeping
Our exceptional housekeeping services make your loved one feel comfortable and safe. Cleanliness is important to healthiness and we strive to provide the safest environment possible. To keep our rooms clean and tidy, all the daily tasks of life are taken care of by our friendly, competent caregivers. Personal laundry is done three times a week. All bed linens are laundered weekly, or sooner if necessary. Trash is removed daily. Each room is cleaned thoroughly weekly and checked daily to keep our residence sparkling clean and sanitized.
Personal Care
Assistance with bathing will be provided three times a week. Your loved one will be able to relax in our walk in whirlpool or enjoy their own private showers. Skin care and monitoring will be performed daily. At Grace Homes your loved one will be taken care of with dignity and compassion. Promoting good hygiene will help avoid skin breakdown and infections.
Security
Grace Homes is fully locked at all times and monitored by Hawk Security with surveillance and monitoring 24/7. Residents can enjoy the backyard and walking track with the comfort of knowing all exterior fencing remains locked.
Transportation
Transportation for medical appointments is available throughout the week. No hassle, short notice appointments are not a problem at Grace Homes. A safe, well maintained vehicle is available for your loved one.
